Climbing Cotopaxi for ALS

In 2021, Brehan Macneil will be climbing Cotopaxi, the 3rd largest active volcano in the world in Ecuador, to raise funds for our charity. Brehan's life was impacted by ALS when his father, Shawn Macneil, was diagnosed with ALS, until his passing 9 years ago. During his father's time with ALS, we provided support to the family and their equipment needs, such as a porch lift to be able to enter and exit the home, a bed lift to be able to get out of bed safely, and bathroom equipment.

Brehan's fundraising goal is set at $5897, to match the altitude that he will be climbing to. Please consider donating to Brehan's fundraiser through CanadaHelps.org, or through Paypal, with "Brehan's Cotopaxi Climb" selected as the reason.

Please note, although this climb was originally scheduled for May 2021, it has been slightly postponed due to unforseen circumstances.
